    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate waste of operating indoor units that are not necessary for operation, by providing a control device with a simultaneous ON-OFF changeover means, and by storing the operating condition of each of indoor units at the time when they have been turned off simultaneously before to a plurality of indoor units so as to restore to the condition at the time when they are turned on simultaneously. SOLUTION: A centralized control device 1 comprises one outdoor unit 2 and four indoor units A to D, and they are connected by a radiocommunication method. When a startup switch is on, the information is read on the operating conditions of the indoor units at the time when they have been simultaneously off before that are stored in a storage device 11. Then, the information on operation is inputted to a radiocommunication circuit 8, and it is transmitted to a radio unit 10. When the simultaneous ON-OFF switch 5 of the control device 1 is on, the operation of only the indoor units that are set on the basis of the information on operation starts. Even if the operating condition is of either indoor unit, the actuation of the simultaneous ON-OFF switch 5 results in the simultaneous OFF switch, so that all the indoor units A to D are controlled to stop.

    • PURPOSE:To distribute comfortable air to all the corners of a room without generating rasping sound by driving a wind direction blade with a wind direction blade drive means when a fan or an air supply means reaches a preset rotational speed. CONSTITUTION:A control means 30 sets intermittent operation of a compressor in conformity with room temperature and a rotational speed of a fan 7 which is a means 1 to supply air and compares the fan's rotational speed detected by a rotational speed detection means 2 with a preset rotational speed and drives the means 1 to supply air so that both valves may be identical to each other. A wind direction blade drive means 6 drives a wind direction blade 5 and changes the direction of forced air. The control means 30 outputs a control signal only when the preset rotational speed is identical to the detected rotational speed of the fan when driving the wind direction blade drive means 6 and moves the wind direction blade 5 little by little. Due to this construction, the control means 30 sets a specified rotational speed and allows the rotational speed detection means 2 to detect the rotational speed of the fan which is the supply air means 1 and outputs a control signal to the supply air means 1 so that the preset rotational speed and the detected rotational speed may be identical to each other, thereby generating comfortable forced air.

    • PURPOSE:To make unnecessary an independent safety device and electric wiring therefor, by a method wherein a temperature detected by a room temperature-detecting means is compared with an abnormal temperature preset, and if it is detected that the temperature detected reaches the abnormal temperature, an alarm signal is given. CONSTITUTION:An indoor machine 1 for an air-conditioner is connected to an outdoor machine 2 therefor by piping and is installed at the ceiling part of an indoor room 3. The indoor machine 1 sucks the indoor air at a ceiling surface and the indoor room 3 is air-conditioned. On the suction side of the indoor machine 1, a thermistor 4a for detecting a temperature of the air sucked is provided, and in the interior of the indoor machine 1, a control part 5 is provided, in which a value of sucked air temperature detected by the thermistor 4a is compared with a target temperature to be air-conditioned and it is processed. The control part 5 is composed so that both the air temperature detected at the normal operation of the air-conditioner and an abnormal temperature of the indoor air at the time when a fire is caused can be simultaneously decided. If the air temperature is below the abnormal temperature preset, the air-conditioner is operated so that the room temperature reaches the target temperature. On the other hand, if the air-temperature sucked reaches the abnormal temperature preset or higher, a microcomputer 7 in the control part 5 gives an alarm signal.

CONSTITUTION:A main body 1 of an indoor machine has a first aeration circuit A with an outdoor heat exchanger 2, a cross-flow fan 3, a stabilizer 4 and an air guiding member 5. Through-holes 8 are provided in a partition wall 7 partitioning a first space Aa and a second space Ab having a heater therein. A tunnel structure 9 for communicating the first space Aa with the second space Ab is mounted in the through-hole 8. Since the first space Aa between an outdoor heat exchanger 2 and the cross-flow fan 3 becomes a negative pressure, an air flow is generated in the second aeration circuit B and air is flowed along an inner wall surface 10 of the tunnel structure 9 from the second space Ab. The air flow is divided in the tunnel structure into a first aeration circuit Ba along the inner wall surface 10 and a second aeration circuit Bb directly impinging against the reactor 11. The reactor 11 acting as the heater is cooled by the aeration circuit Bb. Heat heated from the reactor 11 may restrict a freezing of the aeration circuit A.

CONSTITUTION:An up-and-down deflection vane and right-to-left and left-to-right deflection vane are driven mutually independently by drive means 3, 9a, and 9b. Operation signals from an operation section 34 are detected by an operation signal detection means 35. Further, a time measuring means 37 measures time for a certain time after start of the operation, and during this measurement the up-and-down deflection vane is driven downwards. A set position memory 23 stores a set position which is inputted by an input means which sets beforehand a vane position. A drive signal generating means 24 gives after a certain time measurement following the start of operation a signal to rotate the up-and- down deflection vane and the right-to-left and left-to-right deflection vane to an arbitrary position which is set beforehand in the means 23. As a result it is possible to provide improved comfortableness in a living space in which an air conditioner is used at the start of operation.

    • PURPOSE: To realize an operation control which is optimum for human sense as well as the economical air conditioning by an arrangement in which the compressor capacity is controlled in accordance with the loading condition that is determined by counting the cumulative operation time period of the compressor in a certain time from the start of operation.
      CONSTITUTION: The first clock means 1 carries out the time count from the start of operation to its end. The second clock means 2 is activated at the same time as the start of operation. After one hour has passed, the first clock means 1 outputs a stop signal to the second clock means 2 which cumulatively counts the operation time period of a compressor 10, and outputs an operation stop signal after five hours has passed. A temperature comparing means 7 compares the temperature of a room temperature thermistor 6 and the set temperature. A capacity modulating means 3 consists of an operation rate modulating means A that modulates the operation rate of the compressor 10 to 1/3 in proportion to the degree of the cumulative hours of the second clock means 2 and a mode ratio setting means 5 that memorizes three kinds of the switching timing for adjustable operation rate.
