    • PURPOSE: To easily and simply perform the assembly by fitting a shaft of a holder supporting base on a substrate into a fitting hole of a holder main body from its opening and turning them until the tape cassette loading state. CONSTITUTION: The shafts 12aa and 12ba are projectingly provided on the holder supporting bases 12a and 12b fixed on the substrate 2. The fitting holes 11fa and 11fb opened in the holder main body 11 are opened as their partial parts on the side of a vertical wall 11e of the holder main body 11, and are fitted onto the shafts 12aa and 12ba from their upper part by making an upper wall 11c of the holder main body 11 approximately vertical as shown in the figures (a) and (b). After the above fitting, the holder main body 11 is turned until the tape cassette loading state to complete the fitting as shown in the figures (c) and (d). Thus, the tape recorder having a structure of fitting the holder main body to the substrate, capable of being assembled by anybody is obtained.

    • PURPOSE:To achieve miniaturization and thinness inexpensively with a simple configuration by constituting a compound substrate in one piece by overlapping another metal plate on it and then sealing it with a resin material formed in one piece. CONSTITUTION:Formation of a metal retention part 66 in one piece onto a substrate 1 is constituted so that it is adhered on the upper substrate 1 by providing a chamfering part 1c at a plurality of through holes 1b + at the periphery part of a thrust pad 68 of the upper substrate 1 and then filling a resin material into these through holes 1b and the chamfering part 1c. Then, a magnetic shield plate 71 is formed in one piece along with a metal retention part 66 and a plurality of posts on the upper substrate 1 and is adhered and fixed to the upper substrate 1 by the shrinkage of the resin material after forming a plurality of posts 69, thus achieving miniaturization and thinness inexpensively with a simple configuration since no caulking, screwing etc., are needed when fixing another metal on the substrate.

    • PURPOSE:To load a tape cassette always under the stable state by projectively forming a guide rib on a conical surface in a position opposite to a pawl formed with an extension part up to the top of a truncated cone in the circumferential direction of a reel. CONSTITUTION:The reel 3 is projectively formed with pawls 3b, for example, in three places in equally divided positions in the circumferential direction on its outer circumferential side surface, and a reel hub Ca of the tape cassette is driven to be forwardly and reversely rotated by the individual paw's 3b when the hub Ca is loaded with an eccentricity. The guide ribs 3c having approximately the same thickness as the pawls 3b and the extension parts 3b' are projectively formed on the truncated conical surface 3a in the opposite positions in the circumferential direction of the reel 3 to the extension parts 3b' of the pawls 3b. Then, a tip surface of a pin Cb'' positioned in the circumferential direction to be opposite to a pin Cb' of the hub Ca is brought into contact with the upper surface of the extension parts 3b' to swing the pin Cb'' in the circumferential direction, so that the pin Cb'' is guided onto the conical surface 3a of the reel 3. As a result, the cassette C can smoothly be loaded.

    • PURPOSE:To eliminate the need of increasing tension of a belt and to diminish axial loss by possessing 1st and 2nd flywheels and a driving rotary body for rotating the 1st and 2nd flywheels via the belt. CONSTITUTION:The tape recorder is constituted to be capable of performing a 1st directional fast forward operation and a 2nd directional fast forward operation. Then, at the time of these operations, the belt 78 is rotated in the clockwise direction and the counterclockwise direction. In this case, since a main pulley 76 is positioned opposite to a motor device and a relaying pulley 72, and is constituted in a position outside the 2nd flywheel without overlapping but juxtaposing it, the main pulley 76 is balanced due to almost no difference between the tight side and the slack side of the belt 78 at the time of the 1st and 2nd fast forward operations. Consequently, there is almost no difference in transmitting torque as well. In addition, the tape recorder can be constituted in thin formation.

    • PURPOSE:To stabilize the performance of a digital tape recorder by cleaning the magnetic face of a magnetic tape used in the digital tape recorder. CONSTITUTION:A first magnetic-face cleaning part 3 and a second magnetic-face cleaning part 4 are constituted in a magnetic apparatus body 1. The magnetic- face cleaning parts 3, 4 come into sliding contact with the magnetic face of a magnetic tape 6 only when a digital compact cassette 5 is loaded. A first fiberlike cleaning part 14 and a second fiberlike cleaning part 15 are installed in positions which face guide parts 9a, 9b on a tape guide 9 constituted in the digital compact cassette 5, and the magnetic tape 6 is sandwiched between the guide parts 9a, 9b and the first and second cleaning parts 14, 15. Thereby, since the magnetic face of the magnetic tape used in a digital tape recorder is cleaned, the performance of the tape recorder is stabilized.
