摘要： PURPOSE:To reduce the store space of a cassette tape and to attain a compact and thin design of a tape recorder when no cassette tape is loaded, by using a cover having a turning fulcrum which can move in the thickness direction of the cassette tape to form the tape recorder main body and its turning fulcrum. CONSTITUTION:A cassette cover 9 is attached turnably to a link 13 via a turning fulcrum 15, and the link 13 is attached onto a tape recorder main body 8 via a turning fulcrum 14. At the 2nd position where a cassette tape is loaded, the link 13 is turned counterclockwise centering on the fulcrum 14 and then stopped at a position where an end part 13b of the link 13 touches the main body 8 to be set at the 2nd position. When the cassette tape is loaded and unloaded, the cover 9 is turned clockwise centering on the fulcrum 15 on the link 13. In this case, the amount of turning is decided by the position where a stopper 13a on the link 13 has a contact with a rib 9a of the cover 9. Then the tape cassette can be loaded and unloaded.

摘要： PURPOSE:To load and unload simply and smoothly a cassette tape even with a portable microminiature tape recorder whose external size can be expanded/contracted, by securing the opening/closing of a cassette holder with a single hand operation. CONSTITUTION:When an open button 7 is slided toward an arrow head A and a lock part 7a is released from an engagement part 6d of a mechanism substrate 6, an engagement part 2f of the 2nd housing 2 is disengaged from a projected part 1a of the 1st housing 1. Then the housing 2 is turned by a subcase open spring 12. Under such conditions, a cassette tape 17 is inserted from the side of an arrow head B and the housing 2 is closed toward an arrow head C. Thus a shaft 15 of a link arm 13 moves toward an arrow head D. When the cassette tape 17 is loaded, the force is applied to the housing 2 from the side of an arrow head E by a toggle spring 16. Thus the tape 17 is held. In such a way, the housing 2 can be opened simply by a single hand just by operating the button 7. Furthermore the tape 17 can be held assuredly by a toggle mechanism.

摘要： PURPOSE:To perform both reproducing operation and rapid traverse operation at one cartridge insertion slot and obtain a driving force at a small current value by providing driving shafts for the reproducing operation and rapid traverse operation which runs a tape individually, and replacing the two driving shafts alternately. CONSTITUTION:A capstan 12 for reproduction abuts on the pinch roller 29 of a cartridge 1 during the reproducing operation to drive the tape, and the capstan 12 for reproduction is separated in the rapid traverse operation while a rapid traverse roller 31 provided to the rapid traverse capstan 34 as the 2nd driving shaft abuts on the pinch roller 29 to drive the tape. The rapid traverse driving force is obtained from the inner circumferential surface of a flywheel which rotates as the same rotating speed as that in the reproducing operation, so a peripheral speed which is about 10 times is obtained easily in the same direction with the flywheel 14, so that the tape is driven at a small current value without varying the rotating speed of a motor.

In this state, a fast- forward capstan 34, fast-forward roller 31, and idler 35 are disconnected from a driving system. When the head substrate 9 in this state is rotated counterclockwise around the fulcrum 10 of rotation, the head 11 leaves the tape surface of a cartridge 1 and the capstan 12 for reproduction also separates the tape and pinch roller 29 to press a fast-forward roller 31 against the pinch roller 29 instead.

摘要： PURPOSE:To reduce the side of a tape recorder in the width direction of a tape cassette greatly, by moving a pad position control member in interlocking with sound recording and reproducing operation and fixing a magnetic head. When an operation button 28 is pressed during sound recordng/ reproduction operation, a connecting rod 27 slides to rotate a control arm 19. Consequently, a supporting part 15 is applied with turning force to rotate the pad shifter 15 and the pad pressing part 15a moves back to enter into the cut part 13b in the front surface of the magnetic head 13. Therefore, the pad 29 presses the tape 30 against the front surface of the magnetic head 13 and a pinch roller arm 23, on the other hand, is energized to rotate forward, so that a pinch roller 22 abuts on a capstan with the tape 30 between.
