摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rationalize production by making symmetrical the shape of a core and hence forming two U-shaped cores in the same shape and enabling the same mold to be used. SOLUTION: A primary coil winding 2 and a secondary coil winding 3 are wound around a bobbin 1. Also, a first U-type core 7 and a second U-type core 8 that are in the same shape and are symmetrical are assembled to the bobbin 1 and are electrically connected. Further, the first and second U-type cores 7 and 8 are fixed to the bobbin by a fixing metal fitting 6. By using the first and second U-type cores 7 and 8 in the same shape, the same mold can be used for production. Also, a U-type core is used, where the left and right lengths of the U-type core in the same shape being assembled to the bobbin 1 are allowed to differ in a range where a gap 9 can be provided under a primary coil winding. In this manner, by providing the gap 9 at the primary coil winding, a magnetic field directly below the coil winding can be leaked, thus preventing the core from becoming saturated.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high frequency heater provided with a power supply for driving a magnetron which can be used in common irrespective of high or low commercial power supply voltage. SOLUTION: A parallel circuit consisting of a leakage transformer 2 and a first capacitor 3 is connected with a direct current power supply 1 rectifying a commercial power supply through a first semiconductor switching element 5, and a second capacitor 4 is connected across the first capacitor 3 through a second semiconductor switching element 6. When a voltage of the direct current power supply 1 is low, a drive circuit 7 operates only the first semiconductor switching element 5 to generate a high voltage. When a voltage of the direct current power supply 1 is high, the second capacitor 4 is connected with the first capacitor 3 in parallel by the second semiconductor switching element 6 in a period including a peak of a resonance voltage during a period when the first semiconductor switching element 5 is off to reduce the resonance voltage due to an increased capacity so that this high frequency heater is operated a the same output and frequency as a case of a low voltage of the direct current power supply 1.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently package parts under space saving, and make a printed circuit board miniaturized for an inverter power supply by laying high-voltage diodes in a vacant space under a high-voltage transformer at a high-voltage circuit part on the printed circuit board. SOLUTION: An inverter printed circuit board 1 for this heating device has high-voltage diodes 6 and 7, arranged in vacant space between a high-voltage transformer 2, as well as the lower part of a transformer 2 and the printed circuit board 1 itself. Also, high-voltage capacitors 3 and 4 are preferably arranged between the high-voltage transformer 2 and a cooling fan 5, so that the cooling air is introduced from the cooling fan 5 for cooling the high-voltage diodes 6 and 7. As a result, the high-voltage diodes 6 and 7 so arranged and particularly concern involving a temperature rise among high-voltage parts are exposed to the cooling air via the high-voltage capacitors 3 and 4 working for an air guide, thereby being cooled efficiently. This cooling method also leads to cost reduction.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve yield and increase the number of cores obtainable per 1 cycle by a relatively small facilities by decreasing cracks and deformation during core baking by shortening the stroke of a core. SOLUTION: A first winding 2 and a second winding 3 are wound around bobbin 1. Also, an I type core 9 is assembled between a first U type core 7 formed by metal powder around bobbin 1 and a second U type core 8 having the same shape as the core 7, and the first and second U type cores 7 and 8 and the I type core 9 are fixed to the bobbin 1 with fixing fitting 6. By placing the I type core 9 between the U type cores 7, 8, the stroke of U type core can be shortened, and the same shape of U type core can be used. Since the length of the stroke can be shortened, and thus cracks or deformation during backing can be reduced, thereby improving the yield.
