CONSTITUTION:An impeller 28 which rotates together with a rotor consists of an umbrella-type front fan plate 30 provided with a steep slope near an inlet port 28a on an upper part, a flat rear fan plate 31 on a lower side, and multiple fan blades 32 vertically disposed between the front fan plate 30 and the rear fan plate 31. And on the upper and lower edges of the fan blades 32, there are formed claws 33 which are engaged with and are inserted into multiple slit-type square holes 34 disposed on the front fan plate 30 and the rear fan plate 31 to be caulked and fixed. The claws 33 on the upper edge side of the fan blades 32 are formed in an approximately L-shape, and one side of the approximately L-shape claws 33 rises up on the outer peripheral side of the impeller 28 and forms a projecting part 33a for caulking. Thus, caulking stress is generated only on the side of the square holes 34 on the outer peripheral side of the impeller 28, so no stress concentration is generated on the opposite edge to improve strength.

CONSTITUTION:A piled part 22 is provided obliquely to the side of a commutator 13 inside the bottom of a brush holder 15 mounted through an opposite load side bracket 3 perpendicularly to a shaft 4, and a sawtoothlike groove 23 having directivity is engraved on the surface of a vibrator 21 opposed to the part 22. Thus, when the vibrator 21 coupled to a movable piece 18 in the holder 15 is vibrated, the groove 23 of the vibrator 21 is engaged with the inclined part 22. Accordingly, the vibrator is moved toward the commutator 13, the piece pushes a carbon brush 16, and the brush can always be brought into contact with the commutator by a predetermined pressure.
