SOLUTION: On the occasion of approximating and pressing a component to a substrate by changing the speed to low speed VL from high speed VH with a moving head and thereby repeatedly loading the component to one substrate with the predetermined pressing force PS; hitting height HS is detected and stored when the moving head places in contact the component to the substrate at the time of loading the component, and the hitting height of component of the next loading is estimated from the detection data of hitting height HS in the past.
