    • PURPOSE:To perform highly accurate magnetization with a simple structure, by providing a judging circuit, which compares the time difference between the rise-up and the fall-down of a magnetizing signal, and providing a minute- angle adjusting mechanism for a moving stage of a magnetizing head. CONSTITUTION:First and second magnetizing heads 1 and 2, which magnetize first and second tracks, are mounted on sliding stages 3 and 4. The sliding stage 4 is fixed to a moving base stage 13. A thin film resistor 18 comprising a ferromagnetic body is provided on another sliding stage so as to monitor magnetizing signals. When a work 5 is magnetized with a reference encoder 14, whether the phase difference between the first and second tracks, i.e., the time difference between the rise-up and the fall-down of the signals, is smaller than the reference time or not is judged with the resistor 18 and a judging circuit. When the time difference is large, the moving base stage 13, on which the magnetizing head 2 is mounted, is displaced by a minute angle. The time difference is made to be within the reference time. Therefore, highly accurate magnetization is performed.

    • PURPOSE:To lighten a welding head and to improve a quick responsibility by performing the small distance straight advance movement of the welding electrode at welding time by the elastic displacement of the cantilever passing the welding current. CONSTITUTION:The feeding of a welding current to a welding electrode 13 is performed through the cantilever 14 of good conductive metal by replacing the conventional mechanism including the direct-acting bearing provided for the straight advance movement of a welding electrode with the elastic displacement of the cantilever 14 and the pressurizing force necessary for welding is obtd. by arranging such a spring 15 as bending the cantilever 14. An electric welding head is excellent in following-up with extremely small mass of the movable part in spite of being of comparatively simple structure and the pressurizing force necessary for welding can be actually reduced. Consequently the mechanical damage to be given to a product is reduced, the good product welding conditions range on electric resistance welding can be enlarged and the welding reliability can be increased.

    • PURPOSE:To enable a high quality product to be manufactured at high speed by supplying an electronic parts element assembly to a deposition part by a carry part and by supplying lead wires to a deposition part under the condition that lead wires are taped. CONSTITUTION:A lead wire taping article 14 is cut at its center by a cutter 13 of a lead wire cutting unit 13, and it is intermittently carried to the welding position of a welding head 15 with a taping part 14'' keeping away so that the distance between those cut parts become more than the distance between electrodes of an element assembly 10. Then, the element assembly 10 is lifted by a lower electrode 19 provided with a V-shaped slot so that the element assembly 10 can be positioned and fixed, and is pressed and held by an upper electrode 20 provided in the upper part. When a lead wire 14' is pulled from the taping part 14'' by a lead wire chuck 21, the lead wire 14' is pressed against the end face of the element assembly, and welding currents flow from the lead wire chuck 21 to the lower electrode 19 and the upper electrode 20. As a result, a lead wire 14' is welded to the end face of the element assembly 10.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce generation of bad printings due to irregular size of a base plate and to improve the operating efficiency of the apparatus, by providing two printing stages, one for pattern recognition and correction and the other for printing. CONSTITUTION:Two printing stages 1 are mounted on a direct-acting table 2. A printing head 4 is mounted on tables 5,6,7 of three axes of a rotary shaft 8, namely, in an X direction coincident with the axial direction of the table 2, a Y direction at right angles within a plane of a base plate 10 and a normal direction centering at the center of a screen mask. Cameras 9a, 9b for use in pattern recognition ara placed respectively at positions determined when the printing stage 1 different from the stage 1 below the printing head 4 is positioned at a final end of the reciprocal movement of the table 2. The pattern recognizing devices 9a, 9b detect information of the shape of the base plate 10, based on which information the tables 5, 6, 7 mounting the screen printing head 4 are three-axis controlled at the side of a screen printing position, and a screen mask 3 is arranged at a proper position adjusted by making the center of the base plate 10 as a reference, and then screen printing is carried out.
