摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger in which a plurality of sets of heat exchange can be carried out in parallel with no trouble. SOLUTION: Two heat exchanging tubes 6, 7 are wound around a tube 2. Consequently, a plurality of sets of heat exchange can be carried out simultaneously and an air conditioning system where heat exchange of one tube is utilized for air conditioning and heat exchange of the other tube is utilized for floor heating can be designed. When the other tube 7 is wound around one tube 6, the tube 7 wound on the outer circumferential side exchanges heat through use of waste heat from the tube 6 wound on the inner circumferential side and there waste heat is recovered effectively. Furthermore, axial length of the tube 2 can be shortened and a compact heat exchanger can be obtained.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to place an exhaust top in contact with a front board mutually with a large contact area and mount the exhaust top on the front board stably by providing an oval-shaped throttling around a through hole on the front board in which an exhaust cylinder is fitted, which communicates with a burner provided in indoor equipment and placing the exhaust top into contact with this throttling, thereby fixing the exhaust top with a screw. SOLUTION: The outdoor equipment of a refrigerant heating type air conditioner is provided with a burner in the upper part where one end of an exhaust cylinder 3 communicating with this burner is fitted in a through hole 4a provided in the upper part of a front plate 4 and an exhaust top 5 is mounted on this fitted area by way of a gasket. In this case, an oval-shaped throttle 7 is provided around the through hole 4a at least on one side. This construction makes it possible to enlarge a contact area with the exhaust top 5 than the disk-shaped throttle and fix the front plate 4 and the exhaust top 5 firmly without producing looseness. A flange is provided around the through hole 4a into which the exhaust cylinder 3 of the front plate 4 is fitted on one side while these flanges are placed one upon the other, which prevents the penetration of water from the outside.

Thus, since the tubes 106, 109 are independently wound in the columnar direction to individually heat exchange, an air conditioning system in which the one wound tube 106 is used for air conditioning and the other wound tube 109 is used for floor heating can be constituted.

As described above, if the oil supplied to the oil supply port 25 is supplied directly to the constant-level device 1, possibility of oil leakage becomes small and cost reduction can be attained.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a pipe from being deformed in the coiling direction even when the thermal expansion of a cylinder is different from that of the pipe by fixing adjacent parts of the pipe to be coiled around the outer circumference of the pipe in which the combustion gas is passed to each other. SOLUTION: A fin 6 is integratedly formed inside a cylinder 1, and a pipe 2 is coiled around the outer circumference of the cylinder 1. Adjacent parts of the coiled pipe 2 are fixed to each other by the spot welding. When adjacent part of the pipe 2 are spot-welded to each other, the pipe 2 coiled around the cylinder 1 is of integrated structure, and each part is nor expanded nor contracted in the coiling direction even when each part is expanded/contracted in the radial direction together with the cylinder 1. That means, even when the operation of a combustion part is stopped, no expansion/contraction by the heat in the coiling direction of the pipe 2 is generated, and no rubbing with the cylinder 1 is generated. Welding can be easily performed by spot welding.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a small, efficient and low cost heat exchanger for heating a refrigerant by winding a pipe body with non-circular cross section for the circulation of refrigerant on the cylinder body formed with fins on the inside surface of it contacting at the circumferential position of the pipe body where the contacting area is maximized. SOLUTION: Combustion gas is flowed in the direction of an arrow X inside a cylinder body 5 formed with fins 6 on the inside surface of it and a pipe body 7 is wound on the outer surface part of the cylinder body 5. The pipe body 7 is formed with a non-circular cross section and the pipe body 7 contacts the cylinder body 5 at the circumferential position of the pipe body 7 where the contacting area is maximized. The shape of the cross section of the pipe body 7 wound on the cylinder body 5 is, for example, semicircle. Therefore, contacting area between the cylinder body and the pipe body is increased so that efficient heat exchange can be performed and without the necessity of the connection of the pipe body with repeated U bending, the size of the heat exchanger is reduced. The cost of it is reduced by the use of the low cost pipe body with a circular cross section deforming it.
