Since the lid 16 is particularly put on the opening edge, water is prevented, even when fallen thereon, from being carried around the lid 16 and fallen into the part having the second input port. When the second input port is thus used for dry garbage, the problem in that water reaches it and penetrates to the dry garbage housing area can be solved.
