摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a reflow equipment wherein energy loss is little and effective heat supply is possible. CONSTITUTION:Inert gas of constant flow rate is supplied to a heat exchanger 14 in a cooling part 10, through an inert gas feeding pipe 1. After heat exchange is performed with a printed board 7, the inert gas is supplied to a heating part 8. A furnace part 5 is constituted so as to maintain the state of nitrogen atmosphere wherein cream solder is not oxidized. Thereby effective heat supply free from energy loss is enabled.

Even if the stand 8 is inclined by the inclination of a floor surface, contact between the spherical end surface of the head 15 and the recessed surface of a conical shape of the stand 8 is circumferentially uniform, and the concentration of load does not occur.

摘要： PURPOSE:To perform continuous take-out of parts by mounting a cover tape with which a recessed part is covered to a base material tape in which recessed parts for containing a part are formed at a given pitch, feeding the base material tapes at a given pitch, and blanking a cover this side of a part take-out position. CONSTITUTION:Recessed parts 7 for containing a part 7 are formed at a given pitch in a base material 5, comprising a carrier tape 3 and a bottom tape 4, of a tapeform part assembly 2. After the part 6 is contained, a cover tape 8 is mounted on the upper surface side in a manner to cover the recessed part 7 and reeled around a reel. The base material tape 5 is unwound at a given pitch at a time from a reel by means of sprocket holes 9 at s given pitch through rotation of a wheel having claws and orderly delivered to a part take- out position. The cover tape 8 is blanked at the peripheral edge of the recessed part 7 by means of a blade part 29 of the lower end part of a blanking member 21, mounted this side of the take-out position, through lowering of the blanking member 21, and a blanked cover tape piece is removed by bringing a hollow part 28 into a vacuum state. Thus, when a part is conveyed to the part take-out position, the part 6 can be taken out.

摘要： PURPOSE:To enable a solvent to be applied only by a required amount, by applying the solvent to a cleaning wiping member held between a solvent applying pipe and a cleaning squeegee. CONSTITUTION:A solvent applying pipe 37 is disposed right over a cleaning sgueegee 16 on a storage position across a cleaning paper 10, and the cleaning paper 10 is clamped between a solvent applying pipe 37 and a cleaning squeegee 16 to be coated with the solvent. Therefore, the cleaning paper is pressed up against the solvent applying pipe 37, whereby the solvent can be applied uniformly and linearly. In addition, by varying a time for clamping the cleaning paper 10, the coating amount of the solvent can be freely controlled. As a result, the solvent can be uniformly applied to the cleaning paper 10 only by a required amount.
