摘要： PURPOSE:To eliminate the need of forming of a wiring and to facilitate the automatic assembly of the wiring by using a connection terminal in which an electric terminal is formed in the end part by executing composite forming to a conductive metal by resin coating. CONSTITUTION:Connection terminals 22, 23 in which a terminal block of a conductive metal is subjected to composite forming by resin coating are fixed to an adaptor frame 21, on which electric parts such as a tape driving motor 24 and positive and negative battery terminals 30, 31, switches 26, 28 and 29, etc., are integrated and fixed in the adaptor frame. Also, at the time of fixing them, the corresponding electric armature is constituted so that it is fixed to the connection terminals in a pressure welding state or soldering is executed to its contact part. In such a way, an electric wiring by a lead wire and forming for the wiring become necessary, and a manufacturing process of a continuous flow can be formed.

Gates 2, 3 are detached by cutting off them with a cutter to take out parts 4, 5, 6, 7 from the jointly molded parts A. Several sheets of jointly molded parts are piled up vertically, piled up matter of which is incased. Since the leg 8 is fitted in and supported by the bearing pad part 9 of the top of a corner part of the jointly molded parts A of a subordinate position, the leg can be incased without having positional deviation. Even at the time of taking out of the same, taking out operations are performed smooth without being caught on the other matter.

According to this method, when the conveyor 1 at an A position, by way of example, or the assembly automatic 2 is replaced due to trouble happening or the like, the conveyor 1 at the A position is taken out and replaceable with another conveyor 1 in an efficient manner.

摘要： PURPOSE:To make it possible to easily and accurately accomplish the vibrating test with the use of an automatic device by maintain the contacting condition between a terminal pin and a contact satisfactory even during the vibrating operation. CONSTITUTION:There is fixed to a supporting platform 2 an electric device to be tested such as a tuner 3 which is conveyed by conveyor means. And, a cylinder 15 is moved in a direction B to force arms 13a and 13b into contact from the both sides of a terminal pin 11 so that they may be fixedly connected. Then, the electric characteristics are tested while pushing a vibrating bat 24 onto the tuner 3 while applying the vibrations. Since the tuner 3 is fixed to the platform 2, the supporting device is vibrated as a whole on an elastic member 20. As a result, the contacting conditions between the terminal pin 11 and contacts 12a and 12b are maintained satisfactory even during the vibrating operations so that the accurate tests can be accomplished by the use of the automatic device which has its operations facilitated.
