摘要： PURPOSE:To improve the productivity of electric parts by providing fixing metals to a hoop material, which consists of a metallic material, continuously through connections, installing a formation unit such as an insulating housing to the fixing metals, and then installing parts in order. CONSTITUTION:At first, in the process (a), the upper part of a metallic hoop material 5 is press-processed to form a fixing metal 10 with holding projections 9 through a connection 8 furnishing an inperfect cutting part 7. Then, in the process (b), an insulating housing 11 is installed to the fixing metal 10, and in the process (c), a terminal group 15 with projections 14 are inserted to terminal holes 16 of terminals 13 whose upper parts form the contacts of connectors. In a process (d), auxiliary connectors 17 of the terminal group 15 are removed, and in the process (e), the terminals 13 are inserted deep in the terminal holes 16 of the insulating housing 11, the projections 14 furnished to the terminals 13 are pressed in to the terminal holes 16 to hold the terminals 13 at the terminal holes 16. In the process (f), the terminals 13 are cut off, and in the process (g), the terminals 13 are bent in a specific shape, to make the fixing metal 10 and the terminals 13 on the said plane. In the process (h), a cover 18 to hold the end of an FPC substrate together with the housing 11 is installed stably.

摘要： PURPOSE: To enable installation by a single person by dividing the main body into sheet and operation assemblies, by installing the operation assembly on a horizontal bar, and then by sliding the sheet assembly on the bar to be united with the operation assembly. CONSTITUTION: A sheet assembly 6A and an operation assembly 5 are separately provided. First, mouth portion at the upper face of the operation assembly 5 is inserted into a metal fixture 7 of the horizontal bar 3a and fixed thereto. Then fitting at the upper face of the sheet assembly 6A is hung on a hook of a metal fixture 8 fixed to the horizontal bar 3a. It is then slid to the operation assembly 5 and a connected with a connector 11, followed by fixing to the lower horizontal bar with fixtures 10 and 9 attached to a lower part of the operation assembly 5. Accordingly, the operation assembly 5 and the sheet assembly 6A can be installed by a single person, respectively.
