CONSTITUTION:The device is provided with a heat exchanger, provided with a heat transfer tube 14 for bath boiler for heating water in a bathtub 12, which is circulated by a circulating pump 11 to effect additional heating, a burner 13 for heating the heat exchanger 10, a fan 19 for sending air necessary for combustion, and a controller 21 for controlling the burner 13 and the circulating pump 11 in accordance with an operating signal from a remote controller 24. When the hot-water temperature in the bathtub 12 is to be reduced, the controller operates only the circulating pump 11 and the fan 19 to cool the hot-water in the bathtub 12, circulated by the circulating pump 11, by air sent from the fan 19.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent an unnecessary stop of pouring of water into a bath tub in an automatic bath device, even if water supply pressure drops down temporarily. CONSTITUTION:In the case that a bath tub 8 is supplied with hot water, a solenoid valve 3a is opened and a burner 14 for supplying hot water is ignited. Then hot water heated by a heat exchanger 2 for supplying hot water is supplied through a hopper 4 and a go-passage 9. If a pressure sensor 13 senses that the bath tub 8 is filled with the hot water, the burner 14 is stopped and the solenoid valve 3a is closed to stop the supply of hot water into the bath tub 8. On the other hand, when water temperature in the bath tub 8 drops down, an additional burning burner 15 is ignited, and at the same time, a two-way valve 11 is opened and a pump 7 is operated to circulate the water in the bath tub 8 so that the water temperature can rise up. If another water supply plug connected to a hot water supply circuit 1 is opened to supply hot water during the supply of hot water into the bath tub 8, the water pressure drops down temporarily to low. At this time, the hot water supply into the bath tub 8 is interrupted for a prescribed time period unless a flow amount sensor 5 detect more than a prescribed flow amount and after that, the hot water supply is restarted. This operation of supplying hot water is repeated until a prescribed flow amount is detected.

CONSTITUTION:A bathwater supply line 29 is provided as a means of connecting a hot-water branch line 27 and a after-heating line 21 using therebetween a hopper 30 equipped with a solenoid valve 31 on the side of the inlet and a check valve 32 on the side of the outlet. The hopper 30 has under a rim type valve 33 a water chamber 36 with an overflow port 34 and a water level detector 35 and this water chamber 36 is connected by a pipe 37 to a cross valve 23 provided on the primary side of a circulating pump 22. A control device 40 is provided under the control of which, when the water level detector 35 has detected water, the cross valve 23 is shifted to the pipe 37 and the circulating pump 22 causes the water in the water chamber 36 to flow through the after-heating line 21 and to be discharged into the bathtub 26 and this discharge into the bathtub is continued while the water level detector 35 senses water.

According to this method, the generation of overshoot is eliminated and the outflow of high-temperature hot-water due to dead water can be prevented.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sterilize and purify a large volume of bathtub water including a filtering tank by providing a heat exchanger for sterilizing the water at a primary side of the tank for purifying the water. SOLUTION: When a bathtub hot water temperature is lowered to arrive, for example, at 35 deg.C, a bypass three-way valve 15 is switched to a 'reheating sterilizing circuit 24' side of bathtub water. Thus, it is heated at a sufficiently high temperature for sterilizing by a bath heat exchanger 22 and a reheating thermistor 23 of the bathtub water. Further, a circulation pump 13 is stopped. When a forward or reverse three-way valve 20 is 'closed', the water heated to a temperature effective to sufficiently sterilize by the exchanger 22 also sterilizes a filer tank 19. After a predetermined time is stopped, the valve 20 is switched to 'the forward side'. Then, the pump 13 is turned ON, and reheating sterilizing is started by a reheating sterilizing circuit 24 of the bathtub water.

The nozzle 25 has a tip part the conical inner surface of which has one and the same central axis and the outer surface of which has a pyramidal flat surface, and injection of liquid fuel is formed in one horizontal direction on the outer surface. The two holes are formed in such a manner that a line for interconnecting the centers of the two holes passes approximately the apex of a cone. A nozzle 25 having two holes diagonally formed on a horizontal line is caused to front on the inner tip of the vaporizer 23, fuel is uniformly dispersed to the vaporizer 23, a vaporizing area is effectively utilized, and the manufacturing cost is reduced.

As the additional boiling is carried out, bath tub water 45 is filtered by the double filter. Due to this fact, the removable type primary filter to which some dusts are easily adhered can be easily removed and its cleaning is facilitated and the secondary filter 41 is also facilitated.

CONSTITUTION:The hot water supplying apparatus comprises a two-boiler two-water channel heat exchanger 23 having a hot water supply heat transfer tube 25 and a bath heat transfer tube 21 having a shared use of heat absorbing fins 24, a burner 22 for heating the exchanger 23, a circulation pump 26 for circulating bathtub water to the tube 21, and a thyristor 33 for turning ON/OFF a heater 35. The tubes 25 and 21 are perpendicularly crossed in an inlet, a heat dissipating plate 34 of the thyristor 33 is connected to the upper surfaces of the tubes, and the thyristor 33 is brought into close contact with the part raised in an L shape from the connected part of the plate 34. Accordingly, the heat of the thyristor 33 is absorbed to waters flowing in the tubes 21, 25 through the plate 34.
