SOLUTION: An information management center 1 multiplexes center transmission information that is transmitted to customers to broadcasting information and transmits it from a broadcasting means 4. In an FM teletext receiver 2 which receives broadcasting radio waves through a receiving means 7, a separating means 8 separates broadcasting information that is a sound signal from the center transmission information. The broadcasting information is outputted from a speaker 15 to be able to hear. Character data of the center transmission information is outputted from a displaying means 11 and is read. The receiver 2 sets a communicable range of a 2nd communicating means 9 as a service area. The service area is usually set in such a manner that it is communicable with the 4th communicating means 16 of all managed devices used by the customer.

The center 10 specifies the contents of maintenance from these peculiar information, operating state information and operation history information and displays the required information. In this case, it is not necessary on the center 10 side to accumulate and record each information on each facility and equipment.

CONSTITUTION:An image input means (CCD camera) 1 photographs an image near to an opening/closing means (shutter) 2, and the image is fed to an illuminance correcting means 5. The correcting means 5 corrects the illuminance to the optimum illuminance for an object recognizing means 6 to recognize the inputted image and outputs it to the recognizing means 6. The inputted image is stored in a present image memory means 14 as the present image. An image comparing means 15 compares the present image stored in the memory means 14 with the initial image stored in an initial image memory means 13 at the time of initial setting. When a difference is recognized between them, an object is judged to exist near to the opening/closing means 2. When no difference is recognized, it is judged that no object exists, and the result is outputted to a drive section control means 7. The control means 7 transfers a stop signal to the drive section of the opening/closing means 2 when the object exists near to the opening/closing means 2.

Thus current-carrying is allowed only when somebody goes in or out, so as to enhance the efficiency of device operation.
