    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and apparatus for manufacturing a multi-layered body which can always maintain a relative position of a punch and a die in a highly accurate manner, even when a press machine is operated at a high speed while stacking a punched metal sheet piece after rotating it by a designated angle.
      SOLUTION: During descending of an upper die 1, the sheet metal piece 27 is punched out from a workpiece 8 while the die 10 and a rotational cylinder 23 are pushed down by the descending upper die 1. The sheet metal piece 27, being retained inside of each of a guide hole 10a of the die 10 and a retaining hole 23a of the rotational cylinder 23 mutually connected through, is pushed down by the thickness of the punched sheet metal piece 27 and the sheet metal piece 27 is inserted piece by piece into the inside cavity of a fixed cylinder 24 for stacking. During ascending of the upper die 1, the die 10 and the rotational cylinder 23 are pushed up to the upper limit point by an urging force of elastic members 12, 30, and the rotational cylinder 23 is rotated by the designated angle while keeping the retaining hole 23a detached from the guide hole 10a and an inserting hole 24a.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a press die mechanism by which a punch is brought to the retreating state or the projecting state by following up the timing of the vertical motion of a press.
