SOLUTION: A program guide information generator 203 is provided with a simultaneous range processing block 212 that receives a program broadcast schedule by each program information and channel and generates a program broadcast schedule replacing simultaneous range information with a program broadcast schedule of a corresponding simultaneous original channel when the simultaneous range denoting at least a fact of a simultaneous broadcast and a channel identifier of the simultaneous source is registered in a range for simultaneous broadcasting in the program broadcast schedule. Even when the edit of the simultaneous broadcast is made efficient, the program guide information can be generated through the replacement above.
