    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low current low welding force weld for welding a metallic frame with a metallic film which weld adopts a light weighted metallic frame structure, leaves no traces of a roller electrode on the metallic film, suppresses a generation of dust and sparks during the welding, and independent of a tilt of the metallic frame or the thickness of the metallic film. SOLUTION: This equipment is furnished with a metallic frame 1, a pressurizing means to pressurize opposed sides of the metallic frame 1 inward, a pulling means to pull out the welded part of a metallic film 2 which is opposite to the pressurized side 1a of the metallic frame 1, a roller electrode 5 which is in contact with the welded part of the metallic film 2, a power supply unit 6 which supplies power to the roller electrode 5, and a moving means 7 which relatively moves the roller electrode 5 and the metallic film 2. With this composition, a high tensional force is given to the metallic film 2. Further, a seam welding equipment is used which is furnished with an inclining means which inclines the roller electrode outward with respect to the metallic film 2 by 0 deg. or greater and a controller 11 which controls a welding current around the beginning and the terminating points of the welding.
