    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable ensuring precision, rigidity and strength by making a cam insert/eject a punch, and carry out work, while correcting a predetermined height from a reference plane to the surface of a mounting stage for each work. SOLUTION: A cam 7 is provided with 10 plus several stages of steps. By moving the cam 7 according to the measurement result of a previous process, the relation between a stripper insert 8 and a punch 5 is set to a predetermined correction height. Since a punch 9 of a lower unit is supported by a normal pressure generator 11, it presses a mounting stage, following the correction height, changing in accordance with the relation between the stripper insert 8 and the punch 5. With such a structure, the correction quantity is fed back on the basis of the measurement result of the height from a chassis reference plane to the surface of the mounting stage in the previous process. The cam 7 is made to insert/eject the punch 5, so as to switch the predetermined correction height for each chassis, and the periphery of the mounting stage is constrained to carry out the correction work. Thus, the chassis satisfies precision, rigidity and strength as a metal plate chassis.

    • PURPOSE: To reduce the radius of the corner at which a work can be curled by fitting a roller tool in the inclined condition by the prescribed angle. CONSTITUTION: The curing of the end part of a work 2 by a roller tool 1 is suffiently encluded by using the part being brought into contact with a roller part 1a, and the inner side part 1b can be reduced by the displacement of the contact part through inclination. In addition, the curled end part is covered by the roller part 1a on the inner side part 1b by the displacement where the roller tool 1 is inclined. Though the roller tool 1 is bit by the end part after the roller tool is moved after working, the hitting can be avoided by reducing the length of the inner side part 1b as the recess. The radius (r) of the inner side part 1b can also be reduced by the displacement by reducing the inner side part 1b, and the radius R of the corner at which the end part is worked can also be reduced.

    • PURPOSE:To improve the safety and the working accuracy in piercing by using a rotary type lifter for supporting a product and making the product-piercing direction the same as the vertically moving direction of a press, in forming a titled die. CONSTITUTION:When the working operation of press is started, a lifter 1 is turned around a supporting pin 3 at a prescribed timing by a push-down pin 12. When the press is further lowered, a product 2, set by the lifter 1, is attached to a die 9 in an inserted state, and is pressed by a stripper 14 to piece it by a punch 13 and the die 9. In this way, a hole is pierced in the slant surface of product without deflecting the punch 13 in the die, and the safety and the product accuracy in working are improved.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent the damage of a mold at an abnormal rotation time by forming part of the profile shape of a product in a circular shape, and setting a working stage to enable to form a profile punching die shape in a circular form. CONSTITUTION:A punching portion except a circular shape of a product is formed in the step A. The round shape portion of the product is punched in a profile punching stage in the step B. The step A is always disposed before the step B. When the working stage is formed in this manner, a punch is formed in the product shape, and the die is formed in a circular shape. Thus, even if a die of the profile shape is abnormally rotated, the cutting edges of the punch and the die do not interfere with each other, but instead can perform punching.

    • PURPOSE:To automatically perform the punching intersecting at right angles with the slant face of a product by maintaining the clearance constantly by fitting to the lower die a product receiver and by revolving it upto the prescribed position by the pushdown pin of the upper die. CONSTITUTION:A product receiver 13 is supported rotatably to a supporting block 12 via a pin 14 on the lower die set 10. A product is inserted to this product receiver 13, which is turned onto the prescribed position with the pushdown pin 24 as the fulcrum by the pushdown pin 24 of the upper die at the press descent time. Then it reaches the die 11 being in the state of the work face intersecting at right angles with the operating direction of the press. In this case the stripper is bent, a punch 21 is projected and the punching a performed. The product receiver 13 is pushed up upto the original position by a pusher pin 15 according to the press ascending. The punching in the shape intersecting at rigt angles with the slant face of the product can be performed with this device.
