    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible pressure-sensitive material, a piezoelectric element using the same, and manufacturing method therefor capable of reducing variation in an electric characteristic even when used under a high-temperature and high-moisture atmosphere, materializing a constantly stable piezoelectric characteristic, and requiring no complicated circuitry. SOLUTION: The flexible pressure-sensitive material 1 contains a piezoelectric ceramic particle 3 and a flexible organic macromolecular material 4. The piezoelectric ceramic particle 3 has a coated layer 5 to suppress absorption of moisture on its surface, performs washing treatment after forming the coated layer 5, and removes components including residual metal elements. Accordingly, elution can be suppressed in a metal element residual in the piezoelectric ceramic particle 3, and in an unreacted metal element contained in the coated layer 5.
