摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and surely sew beads on the base material of cloth or the like. SOLUTION: A container 11 for housing the beads B is attached to the upper part of a sewing machine main body 1 and the beads B are passed to an upper needle body 18a clamped by a first clamping device 20 and guided downwards by a bead passing device 10. The sliding body of a supply device 50 connected to a looper 4 is arranged at the lower part of a needle body clamped by a second clamping device 40. The beads B guided by the needle body and dropped are supported while keeping a posture for vertically directing a through-hole by a supporting body provided on the sliding body and supplied to a position right below a needle bar one by one at a prescribed timing. Then, when a sewing machine needle 7b is inserted to the through-hole of the bead B, the supporting body supporting the bead until then is pulled out downwards from the through-hole.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve workability and simultaneously decorate the surface of a product with the seam of fancy stitch by mounting a presser which is provided with comb-shaped parts having grooves for passing needles, in every descent position of the needles, in the fabric feeding direction in the direction for extending the teeth of the combs. SOLUTION: For example, in executing welt seam, a fabric C is set on a sewing machine main body and a folded part of the fabric C is in such a state as being pressed by a presser 1. The fabric C is fed by a feed dog 17, needles 13, 14 which swing to the left/right in relation to the fabric feeding direction are vertically moved so as to form needle thread rings by changing the descent position, while loopers 15, 16 form bobbin thread rings and at the same time act on the needle thread rings so as to form intertwinement, and the fabric is thus sewn. Because, the welt seam of zigzag chain stitch can be executed while looking the folded width of the fabric C with the eyes, the work becomes sure and easy. The chain seam by double ring sewing can be formed into zigzag in the bottom face of the fabric C as underneath fancy stitch.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the sure threading of beads through a needle body and a yarn at a high speed. SOLUTION: Beads B placed in containers 1a and 1b are fed through transfer members 3a and 3b, a chute 4 and a guide unit 5 in a prescribed arrangement so as to be placed on the tip of a needle body 8 held upwardly with holding tools 11a to 11d. The circumferential surfaces of the beads B are intermittently brought into contact with contact pieces 9d and 9e of respective rotators 9a to 9c in nearly the horizontal direction to rotate the beads B. When each through-hole of the beads B coincides with the tip position of the needle body 8, the beads B are kept in a state externally fitted with the needle body 8, dropped, passed through the holding tools 11a to 11d capable of performing opening and closing motions to reach a yarn 10 connected to the lower end of the needle body 8. Thereby, the threading of the beads B through the yarn 10 is surely carried out at a high speed.
