SOLUTION: This vibration-proof material is made up into a required form such as a plate type after having kneaded those of powdered coal from 60 to 30 parts to those of asphalt from 30 to 70 parts under the heating. In consequence, bacteria such as microbes or the like in addition to a stink and an offensive smell are adsorbed into solution, not to mention their lightening as a whole, by its intrinsic character inherent in the powdered coal, and further humidity in the air is automatically adjusted, thereby enhancing the sanitary environment of a riding space, and thus comfortableness is securable.

    • PURPOSE: To make training of the waist part concentrically by setting a slide shaft upright in the center of a circular pedestal in which a chime is installed, making a pipe fitted on the slide shaft rotatable and also movable in the vertical direction, and allowing a person to ride on this monocycle while holding the pipe. CONSTITUTION: A sleeve 13 is fitted firmly on a bearing 19 which is fixed to the center of the upper lid 11 of a circular pedestal 10, and a plurality of holes 12 are bored in the periphery. A slide shaft 14 is inserted through the sleeve 13 and fixed to the pedestal 10, where also a chime 15 is installed which is fitted with a lever 16 and works interlocking with a switch, and a chime driving projection 20 is installed on the sleeve portion protruding to inside the pedestal. A rotary pole 17 formed by installing springs 18 and 18' at the ends of a pipe is fitted on the slide shaft 14 through, and then the bottom of the spring 18 is connected to the upper part of the sleeve 13, and a base 21 to which a recording sheet of paper 23 is affixed, is installed on the slide shaft in its upper part. The rotary pole 17 rotates in light motion owing to the bearing 19 together with the springs 18 and 18'. The person grasps a slip stop grip 22 furnished on the pole 17 in the upper part, gets on the monocycle, and maneuvers it while pedaling.

SOLUTION: In this lure, a fin member 6 made of metal is transversely swingingly mounted on a median line in an upper part, i.e., a back part, of a lure body 1 on which a transparent water flow-resistant plate 2, an eye 3 used for being fastened to a fishline, rings 4 each used for being joined to a hook 5, etc., are arranged. Thus, the fin member 6 can be transversely swung, so that the fin member 6 flaps and swings, while swimming, and the complicated lure action is achieved. Further, the fin member 6 tilts by being opposed to water flow resistance, especially in case of the roll action in the transverse direction, and therefore smoothes the roll action, without hindering the action, so that natural movement of the lure is produced. It is possible to open and close the case 10 easily and reliably. It is possible to open and close the case 10 by one-touch operation and to visually recognize contents easily and simply. As the case 10 can not be removed without removing the rod body 14 from the suspending rod of a display wagon, the case 10 is useful for preventing the case and contents from being stolen, the contents from being broken, damaged, stained, etc., and crimes.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize miniaturization and lightening of an antenna receiving the radio waves from a geostationary satellite. SOLUTION: Four element pairs of strip dipole antenna elements 3 provided on the surface of the dielectric layer of the upper side of two layers and slot antenna elements 5 provided on the rear surface of the dielectric layer on the lower side are arranged. Between both layers, a power feeding line 6 for exciting the element pairs is provided for each element pair and each phase device 2a, 2b, 2c, 2d is connected for each power feeding line 6. The change of the phase by each phase device and the switching of the exciting and the non- exciting are controlled, and the polarization plane, gain and radiating direction of the radiation beam 11 of an antenna is electrically controlled. As a result, as the antenna mounted on a mobile object whose radio wave receiving direction is uncertain, a mechanical tracking device is not required and the miniaturization, the lightening and the reduction in cost can be attained.
