    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support a pipe securely with high precision by attaching it to a vertical piece of a metal fitting main body in the substantial U-shape in which through holes for engagement are drilled in adequate upper and lower sections of a protruding piece formed at the central part thereof by engaging upper and lower ends of a band member which grips the pipe with the transparent holes for engagement of the metal fitting main body. SOLUTION: A metal fitting main body 1 is formed into the substantial U-shape by forming a protruding piece 3 at the center of a vertical piece 2 and forming latching pieces 4, 4 at both upper and lower ends. When a pipe B is attached in an adequate section of a hoisting bolt A, knotched sections 5, 5 are fitted in a hoisting bolt A, are latched, and are fixed by folding down the latching pieces 4, 4 inward. At this time, the protruding piece 3 is fixed in a condition in which it comes into contact with the hoisting bolt A. Next, a mounting piece 8 on an upper side of a band member 7 is removed from a through hole 6 of the metal fitting main body 1, and the pipe B is arranged. Then, the band member 7 is folded down inward and inserted in a large long hole in a proper section of the hole 6... down to a knotched section 9 of the mounting piece 8, and a hand is released to hook and fix it in a small slot part of the hole 6.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce cost and save labor for a work by integratedly forming first and second spring pieces on the outside of a cylindrical supporting tool, and fitting a buried tool inside the upper part of the cylindrical supporting tool. SOLUTION: This insert for building is constituted so that first spring pieces 2 projecting in chevron downward on the right and left of the upper part, and second spring pieces 3 projecting chevron-likely upward on the front and rear of the lower part, are formed integratedly with the outside of a cylindrical supporting tool 1, and a buried tool 4 integratedly provided with a flange-like anchor part 5 and a female screw part 6 is fitted inside the upper part of the supporting tool 1. Next by pushing this insert in the through hole of a deck plate formwork P from the lower end of the supporting tool 1, the spring pieces 2, 2 are pushedly spread out, the spring pieces 3, 3 are once made narrower, restored simultaneously with passing the through hole, and hence it is fitted in the condition of pressing the formwork P from both sides. Because the insert is constituted of two parts, the supporting tool 1 and buried tool 4, the cost can be reduced, easily supported with the formwork P by spring action of the spring pieces 2, 3, and the labor saving of the work can be attained.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve workability by forming straight positions at both ends of a steel pipe curved in a circular-arc along a corner part and providing hooking pieces projecting toward the center of the steel pipe at the inside of the straight portions of the steel pipe. SOLUTION: A joint is constructed in such a manner that straight parts 2 are formed at both ends of a steel pipe 1 in a circular-arc along a corner part and hooking pieces 3 projecting from the outer periphery of the steel pipe 1 to its center oppositely to each other in the straight parts 2. For providing a temporary handrail in the corner part, after one end of a single pipe joint is inserted into one handrail lateral member end part and fixed, one straight part 2 is fitted around the other end of the single pipe joint and the depth setting part of the single pipe joint is rotated so as to be hooked in the hooking piece 3 and fixed. Further, the single pipe joint and the other handrail lateral member are attached to the other straight part 2 in a similar manner. Thus, safety is increased because of no projecting parts, and joining is simply performed by using the single pipe joint daily used for single pipe joining.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently arrange reinforcements by supporting a reinforcement holder in which a plurality of reinforcement holding pieces on the upper face of a bar-like body of U-shaped section and disconnection preventing tongue pieces on both ends are integratedly formed, with a bar spacer, and fitting reinforcements thereto. SOLUTION: A steel plate is cut through and bent upward so as to form a plurality of holding pieces 3, they are bent into downward U-shape, and in addition disconnection preventing tongue pieces 2 are provided on both ends, and hence a bar-like reinforcement holder 1 is formed. This reinforcement holder 1 is mounted on a reinforcement supporting bar supported with a veranda formwork and the like through a bar spacer, and the tongue pieces 2 are bent so as to prevent disconnection. Next, reinforcements are fitted to the holding pieces 3 for arrangement of reinforcements. By only fitting them, they can be accurately arranged at fixed intervals, and even in case of binding with lateral reinforcements, dislocation is not generated. After arranging reinforcements, concrete is placed so as to integrate them. Hereby, workability for arrangement of reinforcements in a veranda and the like can be improved.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the efficiency of a connecting work by rotatably fixing pressing pieces having reinforcing ribs formed by bending both the ends outward with the support surfaces being opposite to each other, and nipping mutually superposed cut-off plates from both sides thereby followed by fastening with a bolt and nut. SOLUTION: In a connecting hardware 1 for mutually connecting cut-off plates to be buried in the concrete placing joint part of a structure, U-shaped sectional pressing pieces 2, 3 having reinforcing ribs 5 are rotatably fixed with support surfaces 4 being opposite to each other. A slit part 6 is provided substantially in the center of the reinforcing rib 5 so that it is slightly bendable and deformable to conform to the change in thickness of the cut-off plate. The superposed parts of the cut-off plate end parts are nipped from both sides of the superposed cut-off plates by the pressing pieces 2, 3, and the pressing pieces 2, 3 are fastened y a bolt 8 and a nut 9 to connect the superposed parts of the cut-off plates by pressure connection. Cut-off of water by welding is dispensed with so that the connecting work can be surely performed without being influenced by the working environment of a job site. Thus, working efficiency and safety can be improved.
