摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sanitarily produce a high-quality loose frozen food with slight damage of grains in good yield. SOLUTION: This method for producing a loose frozen food comprises arranging a transporting belt conveyor for transporting the loose frozen food in the longitudinal direction in an oblong casing surrounded with heat insulating walls, forming a transporting space in the longitudinal direction, successively dividing the transporting space from the upstream side of the transporting space into at least a plurality of freezing sections with partition walls, keeping the respective freezing sections at different freezing temperatures, respectively arranging loosening means and providing a feeding means for forming the loose frozen food into a platy shape and feeding the formed food on the inlet side of the first freezing section of the respective freezing sections.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject solidifying apparatus free from leakage of liquid, having a forming type guide 5 in which regulating width is always definite, improved in cooling efficiency and useful for production of curry roux, etc., by traveling the forming type guide in fluid-tight state at same speed and in same direction as steel belt while coming into contact with the steel belt. SOLUTION: This solidifying apparatus is equipped with a carrying conveyer 10 of work arranged in longitudinal direction of a box body 20 which is long sideways and enclosed by a heat-insulating wall and a work cooling means such as an upper cooling part 21 and a lower cooling part 22 and the carrying conveyer 10 is composed of a steel belt 10a and a liquid work injecting part 13 and a forming type guide 15 are provided in the inlet of the belt 10a. The forming type guide 15 is composed of a pair of parallel weir conveyers 17 having right and left work carrying faces of a steel belt 10a as traveling side and the width of facing weir belt of the weir conveyers 17 corresponds to work width and the forming type guide is traveled in fluid-tight at the same speed and same direction as the steel belt 10a.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous cooling or refrigerating wash whole freezer dealing with small quantity of variety foods in which the inside of the freezer can be washed whole and the washing can be performed easily and surely while confirming the washing conditions visually. SOLUTION: The continuous processing wash whole freezer comprises a laterally elongated housing 10 having a plurality of modules 11, and a conveyor 12 having a conveyor belt 12a extending on the bottom part of the housing from an inlet toward an outlet. The conveyor belt 12a defines a conveying space while mounting a work 30 and upper and lower jet flow parts 14, 15 are provided on the upper and lower surfaces thereof. A chill in the form of an impact jet flow touches the conveyor belt 12a the work 30, mounted thereon to transfer heat with high efficiency thus cooling or freezing a member.
