    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a preventive fence of a wave extinguishing block quay capable of preventing creeping-in of small ships or the like and capable preventing reduction in wave extinguishing capacity by by longitudinally laterally juxtaposing fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin belts in a net shape. SOLUTION: When extrusively molding a thermoplastic resin in a thin belt shape, highly strong fibers having a melting point higher than that are juxtaposed in parallel, and are inserted into the resin. Next, these fiber reinforced belts 12 are juxtaposed at regular intervals in parallel to each other, belts 12 of the same raw material are juxtaposed at regular intervals in parallel at a right angle to these belts 12, and a crossing part is welded or calked to be formed in a net shape. This net is installed on a frame 15 manufactured by a steel pipe to be arranged on a block wave extinguishing quay by an anchor bolt 16 to thereby prevent creeping-in of a small ship, a floatage and a human being to a wave extinuishing block quay opening part to prevent reduction in wave extinguishing capacity of the opening part over a long period.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve function by setting a lattice shielding sheet comprising a belt reinforced by a core material to be freely spread between adjacent supports to be wound up. SOLUTION: The upper and lower ends of a lattice shielding sheet 30 comprising synthetic resin-made belts 31a, 31b reinforced by a core material such as a high strength fiber thread are fixed on an upper steel pipe 11 and a lower steel pipe 12 respectively. Next, the end of a pipe 11 is liftably inserted in the groove parts of H-shape steel-made supports 10 erected at prescribed intervals, fixed on a shutter winding spring box 15 provided on the lower part of the support 10, and a sheet 30 is made to be freely spread and wound. Furthermore, a weight balancing means such as a balance weight or a balancer is provided on the pipe 11. During winter or in a strong wind period, the pipe 11 is lifted to spread the sheet 30, and in the other period, the pipe is lowered down to wind up the sheet 30. Thereby wind, snow, dust or the like can be shielded, and landscape can be protected from being spoiled by the shield sheet.

SOLUTION: Soil stop sections 21 are provided in front of concrete blocks 03 laid on a slope at the staggered positions back and forth in a tiered stand shape. The soil stop sections 21 are constituted of many box-shaped bottomless soil envelopes 22 made of a net-like material 11, and soil is filled inside to form fills 05. When seeds of trees and plants fly in, they are sprouted from the upper faces of the fills 05 and the meshes 23 of the soil envelopes 22, and the blocks 03 are covered with trees and plants. When a band-like long net is fitted in a corrugated plate shape in the front of the blocks 03 instead, it can be executed relatively simply, or when the planar net-like materials and the corrugated plate-like net-like materials are arranged in turn into a stacked shape to form a honeycomb structure, stout soil stop sections 21 are formed.
