    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a dentifrice composition which has a high tooth colored stain-removing effect and an excellent tooth-beautifying effect.
      SOLUTION: This dentifrice composition is characterized by containing a phytic acid compound and particles having an average particle diameter of 0.05 to 2 mm and a collapse strength of ≥10 g/particle. The dentifrice composition has an excellent removing effect on obstinate tooth stains such as tea incrustations and tobacco tars, can exhibit an excellent tooth-beautifying effect, an excellent synergistic effect, and is thereby useful for beautifying teeth, and the like.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a dentifrice composition which has an excellent effect for removing the furs of tongues by including sodium bicarbonate and a specific synthetic amorphous type titanium bound silicate salt. SOLUTION: This dentifrice composition comprises (A) sodium bicarbonate and (B) a synthetic amorphous type titanium-bound silicate salt which has a bound titanium content of 0.5 to 15 wt.% (as TiO2) based on SiO2 and a free alkali metal (M) (for example, sodium) content of 3.0 to 12.0 mole/mol.% as M/SiO2. The composition preferably comprises 2 to 40 wt.% of the component A and 1 to 50 wt.% of the component B. The component B preferably has an average primary particle diameter of 0.01 to 0.50 μm, an average secondary coagulated particle diameter of 3 to 25 μm, and a specific surface area of 20 to 200 m2/g by BET method. The component B is obtained, for example, by reacting a water-soluble alkali metal silicate salt having a SiO2/X2O (X is an alkali metal) ratio of 2 to 4 with a water-soluble titanate salt and a mineral acid.
