    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound-insulating veranda structure capable of reducing outdoor noises propagated into a habitable room from a window, by enabling the incoming outdoor noises to a ceiling surface of a veranda from a main noise source near a building to be more surely reflected outdoors.SOLUTION: In a veranda structure provided on the outside of a building, a ceiling surface 12 of a veranda comprises a first reflecting surface 10 for reflecting noises on the outside 22 of the building, and an angle θa of inclination of the first reflecting surface 10 with respect to a propagation direction of a direct wave of the noise is set at 90° or more. The first reflecting surface 10 is installed only on the ceiling surface 12 of the veranda in an area into which main components of the noises are directly launched. The direct waves of the incoming noises to the first reflecting surface 10 are reflected toward the noise source or outdoors.
