    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a VOC recovery method which uses an adsorbent and has a high recovery rate by low-temperature VOC concentration following moisture removal.SOLUTION: The VOC recovery method includes: pressurizing and introducing air containing VOC and moisture to a moisture selection-type adsorbent adsorption tower to remove the moisture; liquefying and recovering VOC at low temperature; recovering cold heat from low-temperature dry air after the VOC recovery; and decompressing the moisture-adsorbed moisture selection-type adsorbent adsorption tower by use of the dry air as countercurrent purge gas to detach the moisture. Coadsorbed VOC which is desorbed from the moisture adsorbent in an early stage of a regeneration step of the moisture adsorption tower is adsorptively removed in an installed VOC adsorption tower, and the adsorbed VOC is desorbed by carrying air in a countercurrent direction from the rear of the tower in the remaining time and refluxed to the inlet of the moisture adsorption tower in an adsorption step, whereby the VOC recovery rate is improved. The VOC adsorbent being used is a VOC adsorbent using, singly or in combination, high silica zeolite, mesoporous silica and activated charcoal.
