    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact and reliable circuit for a switch, and a switch including the circuit.
      SOLUTION: A control circuit of a switch 10 comprises a fail-safe CPU 13 and a non-rewritable non-volatile flash memory 15. When conversion command information 25 is input from a relay chamber 30, the fail-safe CPU 13 stores the content thereof with an error detection symbol at a plurality of addresses of the flash memory 15. A motor 11 of the switch is controlled by referring to the flash memory 15 so as to perform conversion in the direction indicated by the conversion command. In the fail-safe CPU 13, a position sensor 14 detects that the switch 10 is fix-opened or reverse-opened, and when the opening direction is matched with the direction indicated by conversion command information stored in the flash memory 15, the opening signal 27 indicating the present opening direction is outputted to a KR relay 31.
