      SOLUTION: Attaching plate parts 22a, 23a are provided in lower ends of a pair of parallel columns 22, 23 extended vertically, and a support block 28 is provided fixedly to the attaching plate parts 22a, 23a. Rotary shafts 30, 31 are supported between the columns 22, 23, and a screen 32 is tension-laid between the rotary shafts 30, 31. A water spray device 44 for spraying water toward the screen 32 is provided between the columns 22, 23. A lower frame part 25 is provided between the columns 22, 23, as a gutter member for receiving water flowing down on the screen 32.

      SOLUTION: The wettable pavement system is provided inside a roadbed 2 having water permeability and has a slit communicating between the inside and the outside at an upper part, and is provided with a conduit 12 in which water flows, an impermeable sheet 10 having water impermeability laid on the upper part of the roadbed 2, a water-conductive sheet 3 having water-passable property which is laid on an upper part of the impermeable sheet 10 and has an end which is inserted into the conduit 12 through the slit and is immersed in water flowing in the conduit 12, a sand layer 4 laid on an upper layer of the water-conductive sheet 3, a water permeable pavement material 5 having water permeability which is laid on an upper part of the sand layer 4, and a water source comprising service water or treated water which is connected to the conduit 12 through water-passable piping and supplies water into the conduit 12.
