      SOLUTION: This loading platform elevating device has: an elevating driving device 20 for elevating the loading platform 30; a longitudinal driving device 36 for longitudinally moving the loading platform 30; and a control device for moving the loading platform 30 between a work position in the rear of the cargo box 35 for loading-unloading work of a cargo and a storage position under the cargo box 35 by controlling driving of the longitudinal driving device 36 and the elevating driving device 20. The control device elevates the loading platform 30 existing in a grounding position up to the storage position by the elevating driving device 20 after being moved up to just under the storage position by the longitudinal driving device 36 in a state of being elevated to a midway position between the grounding position and the storage position by the elevating driving device 20.

      SOLUTION: The downward movement of the distal end section 132a of the loading platform 130 at a housing position is regulated by a guide roller 142 which is attached to a movable side supporting member 110 through a roller attaching plate 141. Also, the roller 145 of a regulating arm 143 which is turnably attached to the roller attaching plate 141 is depressed by engaging it with a pressing member 104 which is attached to a sliding rail 101 at the housing position, and the distal end section 132a of the loading platform 130 is pinched by the roller 145 and the guide roller 142. In this manner, the distal end section 132a is motion-regulated from the top and the bottom, and the jumping up of the loading platform 130 can surely be prevented from occurring.
