    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control method of the nature of liquid which easily recovers a component ratio of a water-soluble working liquid to an initial ratio when a mixture ratio of the liquid has shifted from the initial value and easily performing the recovery operation.
      SOLUTION: The control method of the nature of the liquid is for recovering the nature of the working liquid containing a plurality of components in a predetermined concentration ratio to its original nature when the liquid is getting deteriorated. The control method employs a supplement S1 containing a plurality of components for recovering the deteriorated working liquid to the original liquid in a predetermined recovery concentration ratio and includes a step of adding the supplement S1 depending on the deterioration of the working liquid for recovering it to its original nature.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a super-finishing method capable of obtaining a surface roughness equivalent to conventional super-finishing polishing by using a water-soluble working fluid, and to provide a super-finishing grinding wheel for use in the same.SOLUTION: In a super-finishing work using a super-finishing grinding wheel 10 and using a water-soluble working fluid F, the super-finishing grinding wheel having abrasive particles in a range of #600 or more and less than #2000 and a stiffness of RH-40 or less is used, and thereby a mirror finished surface same as the super-finishing work using a conventional water-insoluble working fluid is obtained on a raceway surface (workpiece surface) 22 of an inner ring 20 of a ball bearing. Accordingly, the super-finishing grinding wheel solves such a risk that oil mist is filled in a factory for performing a super-finishing work to lower a work environment when using the water-insoluble working fluid, and also an upper-limit value in a use allowable temperature range of the water-insoluble working fluid may be exceeded by the frictional heat generated in the super finishing polishing.
