    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide polyester fiber capable of dyeing extremely excellent in deep color properties and fastness in dyeing of an inkjet dyeing system, and also capable of obtaining stable quality and process properties even in direct spinning elongation means or the other general melt spinning means.SOLUTION: Disclosed is polyester fiber composed of a dicarboxylic acid component and a glycol component, and in which 80 mol% or higher of the dicarboxylic acid component is made of terephthalic acid and/or its ester formable derivative, and it is composed of at least three or more kinds of copolymerization components. Regarding the polyester resin, in the dicarboxylic acid component, 75 mol% or higher is made of terephthalic acid and/or its ester formable derivative, as copolymerization components, the metallic salt of sulfoisophthalic acid (A), also, in the dicarboxylic acid component, cyclohexanedicarboxylic acid and/or its ester formable derivable (B) of 2.0 to 10.0 mol%, and also aliphatic dicarboxylic acid and/or its ester formable derivative (C) of 2.0 to 8.0 mol% are copolymerized, and, using cationic dye and dispersal dye ink of an inkjet dye system, the treatment time of a coloring step is made short to improve productivity, and the polyester resin has high color development, and also, in discoloration, attachment contamination and liquid contamination, washing fastness and light-fastness in discoloration, additional contamination and liquid contamination respectively show 4 quaternary or higher.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide polyester fiber that may be dyed with extremely high color deepness and extremely high fastness under atmospheric pressure and may attain stable quality and processability in a direct spinning drawing method or another general melt spinning method.SOLUTION: Polyester fiber dyeable under atmospheric pressure comprises a polyester resin that is a copolymer of a dicarboxylic acid component and a glycol component, in which 80 mol% or more of the dicarboxylic acid component is terephthalic acid and/or an ester forming derivative thereof, 4.0 to 12.0 mol% of the dicarboxylic acid component is cyclohexane dicarboxylic acid and/or an ester forming derivative thereof, and 2.0 to 8.0 mol% of the dicarboxylic acid component is aliphatic dicarboxylic acid and/or an ester forming derivative thereof, and the polyester resin has a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 60°C≤Tg≤80°C, a crystallization temperature (Tch) of 120°C≤Tch≤150°C and ΔT(Tch-Tg) is in a relationship of 50°C≤ΔT(Tch-Tg)≤80°C. The polyester fiber has a dyeing rate of 70% or more when dyed at 95°C and a dyeing rate of 90% or more when dyed at 100°C, shows washing fastness against discoloration, additional staining and liquid staining and light resistance fastness respectively of fourth or higher classes, and satisfactorily attains breaking strength retention of 90% or more after a 15% alkali reduction treatment.
