      SOLUTION: This is the transparent film having on a base material a conductive layer containing a single-wall carbon nanotubes having a COOM (M is metal element such as K and Na) group obtained by wet oxidation of the single-wall carbon nanotubes by nitric acid or mixture acid of nitric acid and sulfuric acid. The single-wall carbon nanotubes having a carboxyl group exist in a bundle state, the length of the bundle is 5 μm or more, and the single-wall carbon nanotubes are fabricated by an arc discharge method.

In addition, the activation energy beam-curable layer is cured by irradiating it with an activated energy beam. Thus the laminate is manufactured by forming the activation energy beam-cured resin layer.

When the amount (mass part) of (A) represents (Awt), the amount (mass part) of component (B) (Bwt) and the amount (mass part) of (C) (Cwt) in the resin composition components, formula (1): 0.3≤(Awt)/{(Awt)+(Bwt)+(Cwt)}≤0.7 is satisfied.
