    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an inorganic plate by which the adhesiveness between a base layer formed from a molded body and a surface layer can be sufficiently improved by sufficiently roughening the molded body when applying a roughening treatment to the molded body, and the roughening treatment can be performed highly efficiently. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the inorganic plate includes processes of: roughening the surface of the molded body 1 formed from a ceramic-based molding material; depositing the ceramic-based molding material on the roughened face of the molded body 1 and forming a laminate 3; pressurizing the laminate 3; and curing and hardening the laminate 3. In the roughening process, the surface of the molded body 1 is dug up by protrusions 7 using a roughening roller 6 having a plurality of the columnar protrusions 7 protruded in the outer circumferential direction and carrying the molded body 1, while normally rotating the roughening roller 6 in relation to the carrying direction of the molded body 1 and setting the circumferential speed of the tips of the protrusions 7 faster than the carrying speed of the molded body 1.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the clogging measuring instrument of the felt of a felt type papermaking apparatus quantitatively evaluating the clogging state of the felt to accurately grasp the same and rationalizing a replacing period of the felt.
      SOLUTION: The clogging measuring instrument of the felt of the felt type papermaking apparatus is constituted so as to suck the moisture in a raw material slurry 1 by a suction box 3 through the felt 2 to dehydrate the raw material slurry to produce a sheet 4. Since the air permeability of the felt 2 is changed corresponding to the clogging state of the felt 2, the clogging state of the felt 2 is quantitatively evaluated by measuring the pressure in the suction box 6 by the pressure sensor 8 when air is sucked in the suction box 6 from the suction port 5 through the felt 2 by operating the vacuum pump 7.
