Then, behavior of pressure deterioration is measured. If a first measured water pressure i.e., pipeline water pressure after 1 hour from application of the inspection water pressure is a first predetermined reference water pressure or more, it determines that there is no water leakage in the pipeline. The first reference water pressure is set to a value e.g. 0.95 MPa. If the first measured water pressure is below the first reference water pressure, the behavior of the pressure deterioration is continuously measured. If a second measured water pressure after 24 hours from the application of the inspection water pressure is a second predetermined reference water pressure or more, it determines that there is no water leakage in the pipeline. The second reference water pressure is set to a value e.g. 0.7 MPa.
