    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubricant composition maintaining effects of reducing the noises in the vehicle interior over a period longer than the conventional one by decreasing contact sound of gear teeth without causing excessive increase of a steering torque of a pinion-type EPS or the like caused by buffering particles and without generating sliding sound even if the composition is used by being packed in a decelerator of the pinion-type EPS, etc., under a high-temperature environment, a high-humidity environment, a low-temperature environment, an environment of continuously receiving high torque, etc.; and to provide the decelerator and an electrically driven power steering device using the lubricant composition. SOLUTION: The lubricant composition contains the buffering particles comprising a polyurethane resin synthesized by reacting a polyol component at least containing a polycaprolactone polyol, and having 250-1,300 number average molecular weight per one active hydrogen group, with an isocyanate, and having a crosslinked structure.
