    • PURPOSE:To keep pressure at an inlet port, by connecting a poppet valve coupled with a rod to a piston at a passage, while interposing a slide valve between passages. CONSTITUTION:A poppet valve 5 and a piston 6 are coupled together through a rod 4, while a cylinder 3 being inserted with the poppet valve 5 is connected to another cylinder 7 being inserted with the piston 6 via passages 8 and 9, and a slide valve 10 is interposed between these passages 8 and 9. With this constitution, when a fluid in the destination of discharge leaks and thereby pressure at an outlet port 2 suddenly drops. The fluid is prevented from its flowing by a narrow path 15 of the slide valve 10 so that pressure in the inflow fluid is not dropped so suddenly, pressing the rod 4 downward. Therefore, the poppet valve 5 is closed, thus pressure at an inlet port 1 can be kept up.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce the quantity of leakage from a fluid coupling without using a sealing material, by arranging a group of round pipes having the same axis outside a rotating pipe, and by arranging a group of stationary pipes fitted on each other on said group of round pipes. CONSTITUTION:A high-pressure fluid passes through the passage 10 of a stationary outer tube 2 and the through passage 22 of a rotating pipe 3, enters the inner hole 9 of the rotating pipe 3, and flows in the direction A. Since there is no seal between the rotating pipe 3 and the stationary outer tube 2, part of the high-pressure fluid passes through a clearance 23 and leaks in the direction B. The fluid leaking in the direction B passes through spaces between rotating pipes 4, 4' connected integrally to the rotating pipe 3 and round pipes 5, 5' connected integrally to the stationary outer tube 2, flows zigzag in the direction B, and is taken out from a drain 12. The quantity of leakage thereof is very small.

    • PURPOSE:To provide a positive operation in large differential pressure in a check valve having a conical valve seat by providing a guide mechanism for the valve. CONSTITUTION:A vlave 3 contacts closely a conical valve seat 1 of a valve holder 2 to shut off fluid. A guide 5 of the valve 3 and a guide 4 of the valve holder 2 contact smoothly each other at the low pressure side so that the valve holder is not deformed by the high pressure side pressure to operate normally the valve 3. Fluid from paths 12, 13 opened the vlave 3 and flows into a path 14. But when the fluid does not flow into the path 14, the valve 3 is pressed against the valve seat 1 by a spring 6 which is held by a cylinder 7 of the valve and a spring guide 11. When a cylinder 11 of the valve 3 is held by a guide tube 10 of a guide 9 fixed to the outer tube of the valve at the high pressure side of the valve 3, the guide 9 is not deformed by pressure since it is independent of the valve holder 2 so that the valve is normally operated and fluid opens the valve 3 to flow from the path 12 to a path 15.

    • PURPOSE:To perform washing, etc. efficiently and economically, by attaching a brush to a brush holder through a spring. CONSTITUTION:A brushing set A consisting of a brush 1 and a brush base piece 2, is attached elastically to an outer cylinder 7 holding a flange 11 through a rod 10, a rod head 14, and a spring 4, and the cylinder 7 is attached to a roller 8 functioning as a brush holder through a bolt 12, and consequently, the brush 1 is displaced in the axial direction of a brush shaft 15 by the spring 4. A brushing set B of which a brush base piece 2 is connected to an attaching bolt 6 by a spring 3, is connected to the brush holder 8 by a screw 13. In this case, the brush 1 is moved in the axial direction of a brush shaft 15 by using a parallel link 16 and a pin joint 17. Accordingly, when extraordinary force is added, the brush retreats freely in the axial direction so that the brush follows the rugged surface of an object without receiving any unreasonable force to perform washing.

    • PURPOSE:To avoid deterioration of sealing performance of a pump due to the high temperature of the secondary side fluid by installing a mechanism which allows the secondary side fluid compressed by the primary side fluid to recirculate, in case of a high pressure pump and the like which represents a booster type pump. CONSTITUTION:The primary side fluid A in a primary side cylinder 1 is fed into the cylinder 1 through pipes 16 and 17 and a selector valve 18 etc, and pressurizes the B liquid in a secondary side cylinder 2, and the B liquid sends the compressed fluid C through a diaphragm 4 under pressurized condition. When the temperature of the B liquid increases because of the sliding of a piston 3, a valve 13 is opened, and the B liquid is leaked into a tank 15 through a pipe 14. Thus, the B liquid circulates through a pump 9 and a cooling apparatus 11, and the temperature of the B liquid lowers and the sealing performance of the pump can be improved.
