摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrogen separation membrane and its manufacturing method resolving problems of a little amount of hydrogen permeation of the conventional palladium-based dense separation membrane and hydrogen brittleness of a stainless steel support body at the same time.
SOLUTION: In this hydrogen separation membrane manufactured by press-molding metal fine particles having hydrogen adsorbing characteristics, the metal fine particles are composed of first metal powder of 0.5-50 wt.% and second metal powder of 50-99.5 wt.% having relatively larger average particle sizes than the first metal powder. The hydrogen separation membrane manufacturing method comprises stages of: mixing the first metal powder of 0.5-50 wt.% with the second metal powder of 50-99.5 wt.% having relatively larger average particle sizes than the first metal powder; press-molding the mixed powder at a prescribed pressure; and burning the molded body in the atmosphere of hydrogen.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a palladium alloy composite membrane for hydrogen gas separation which has an excellent selectivity for hydrogen gas even when the palladium usage amount is small; which is capable of manufacturing a separation membrane having an excellent durability; and which is capable of improving the property of hydrogen gas separation membrane irrespective of the kind of a supporting body. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method includes: (a) a stage of forming a palladium coating layer at the upper part of a porous supporting body by using a dry type sputtering vapor-deposition method; (b) a stage of forming a metal coating layer at the upper part of the palladium coating layer by using a dry type sputtering vapor-deposition method; and (c) a stage of forming an alloy layer by reflowing the metal coating layer under a hydrogen atmosphere.
