    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin molding mold, reducing temperature unevenness on the mold surface side and restraining the mold from being deformed due to mold clamping to achieve high-accuracy transfer.
      SOLUTION: Since a template 73 uses material having a thermal conductivity higher than the base materials of a cavity part 71 and a temperature control part 72 as the base material, temperature unevenness formed by the temperature control part 72 can be made equal and transferred to the cavity part 71 so that temperature unevenness at the molding surface can be restrained. That is, the temperature of the molding surface can be kept more uniform without any increase in thickness as the whole to enable high-accuracy molding. Since the template 73 uses the material having rigidity higher than the base materials of the cavity part 71 and the temperature control part 72, the template 73 serves as a support to thereby reduce deformation in a cavity CV due to resin injection, holding pressure, mold clamping and the like. Thus, the shape accuracy of a molded article can be improved, and the occurrence of defective appearance such as burr can be prevented.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production process of resin molded article, which allows achieving uniform and gradual cooling by a simple structure and keeping the resin temperature from excessive fall until the resin gets to a cavity corresponding to the article part.
      SOLUTION: Temperature of a molten resin is kept from excessive fall until the resin gets to a cavity CV, since the molten resin is filled in the cavity CV via a channel space FC formed by dies 41, 42 while holding the dies heated at a temperature, not lower than glass transition temperature minus 50°C and not higher than glass temperature plus 10°C, of the resin; wherein at least a part of the dies forming the channel space FC includes a low heat conductive material of 20 W/(m×K) or lower. Therefore, the resin is kept in a low melt viscosity when filled in the cavity CV, making it relatively easy to mold resin articles MP with a micro-pattern etc., especially a high precision lens LP.
