In this case, the lens 10 and the holder 20 can be fixed strongly and moreover, a relative position of the lens 10 and the holder 20 can be easily arranged by the thickness of an adhesion part 41, and the lens 10 and the holder 20 can be relatively and precisely positioned and fixed.
