    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor for adding a tile and a text, which are recognizable for contents of an attached file, to the e-mail automatically without applying power consumption of memory resources or operational burden in an automatic e-mail transmission function, in which processes from reading of a manuscript to transmission of the e-mail attached with the image file of the manuscript are carried out.
      SOLUTION: Image data obtained by reading out the manuscript is analyzed and a key word in the manuscript is extracted. The image data of the manuscript is converted to form an image file to be attached to an e-mail. The image file is attached as an attachment file, and the e-mail, in which the extracted key word is attached automatically to the title and the text, is formed and transmitted to the designated destination.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device that receives a print request from a terminal device in a power-saving mode, determines an image forming device that satisfies the print request, and is started only when executing a print job.SOLUTION: On receipt of a print request from a terminal device, a sub CPU of a first image forming device determines whether a print job based on the print request can be executed or not, on the basis of retained material information of an own device in a material information list stored in a nonvolatile memory. When the fist image forming device cannot execute the print job, an inquiry is made to a second image forming device. The first image forming device determines whether the print job can be executed or not and makes an inquiry to the second image forming device in sleep mode. The first image forming device acquires retained material information of the own device in the material information list stored in the nonvolatile memory from the second image forming device to specify an image forming device that can execute the print job based on the print request.
