摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flame-retarding agent capable of imparting a polyester textile product with persistent flame retardancy, to provide a flame-retarding method using the agent, and also to provide a flame-retarded polyester textile product obtained using the above agent.
SOLUTION: The flame-retarding agent is produced by mixing together (A) a first flame-retarding agent prepared by dispersing in water a certain kind of an aromatic diphosphate (e.g. tetra(2,6-dimethylphenyl)-m-phenylene phosphate) so as to be in the form of microparticles ≤0.7 μm in average size in the presence of a specially selected certain kind of a nonionic surfactant and a certain kind of an anionic surfactant and (B) a second flame-retarding agent prepared by emulsifying in water biphenylyl diphenyl phosphate in the presence of the nonionic surfactant and the anionic surfactant.

SOLUTION: The invention relates to the aqueous suspension of cyclodextrin inclusion complex in which the cyclodextrin inclusion complex expressing poor solubility to water, is suspended in water in the coexistence of cyclodextrins without inclusion of guest molecules. The cyclodextrin inclusion complex with poor solubility to water means that the solubility of the cyclodextrin inclusion complex is 5% or below at 25°C. Preferably, the numbers of glucose units constituting the cyclodextrins without inclusion of a guest molecule and the numbers of glucose units constituting the cyclodextrin inclusion complex are the same. The dispersion can be used in foods such as beverage etc., cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, aqueous paints or the like.
