    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration testing device exciting a specimen by a high frequency, while applying a heavy load to the specimen, without requiring a large-size pump or a hydraulic oil tank. SOLUTION: This device includes: a pump capable of supplying a hydraulic oil in the normal/reverse both directions between a first suction/discharge port and a second suction/discharge port; a hydraulic cylinder unit including a piston, a sleeve whose internal space is partitioned into a first pressure chamber and a second pressure chamber by the piston, and a piston rod connected to the piston, whose tip is projected to the outside of the sleeve; an excitation table provided on the tip of the piston rod; and pipes for connecting the first and second pressure chambers respectively to the first and second suction/discharge ports. The piston is moved vertically by reciprocative driving of the pump in the normal and reverse directions, to thereby vibrate the specimen fixed on the excitation table. The device also includes a bypass tube for communicating each pipe; and an accumulator provided in the middle of the bypass tube, for applying a back pressure to the pressure chambers.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic system which can be driven by a high frequency without the need of a large-sized pump or a hydraulic oil tank.SOLUTION: The hydraulic system includes: a reversely operable hydraulic pump including a first suction/discharge port and a second suction/discharge port; a hydraulic cylinder unit having a piston, a sleeve whose internal space is sectioned into a first pressure chamber and a second pressure chamber by the piston, and a piston rod connected to the piston and projected to the outside of the sleeve at a distal end; first piping connecting the first pressure chamber and the first suction/discharge port; second piping connecting the second pressure chamber and the second suction/discharge port; a bypass pipe communicating the first piping and the second piping; and an accumulator provided in the middle of the bypass pipe, for applying a prescribed pressure to the first pressure chamber and the second pressure chamber. The size of the prescribed pressure is set to be larger than the lowest pressure required for driving the hydraulic cylinder unit.
