摘要： PURPOSE:To improve a complete combustion and an efficiency of thermal recovery by a method wherein CO and O2 contained in exhaust gas are detected for correction control. CONSTITUTION:Exhaust gas from a processing container 1 is sent by an induction blower 6 and passed through ducts 8, 8a and 8b and then discharged from a dispersion tower 17. During this process, primary and secondary air A and B from an opening of a splashed cover 29 and an opening of a duct 8a are mixed with CO gas, the discharged gas is cooled by a heat recovery device 3, mixed with a third air C from an opening 16 of a duct 8a and then is discharged through a dust collector 5. A pressure at an inlet side of a heat recovery device 3 is detected by a pressure detector P, a pressure at an outlet side is detected in a duct 8a, and CO and O2 concentrations are detected by the detectors 28 and 28a. Data from the detector 28 and 28a corrects reference signals from a pattern setting unit 23 and a opening setting unit 26, and a pressure adjuster 25 is set with correction data. Output data from the third air controller 9 are processed by a differential calculator 22 and a signal of the pressure adjuster 25 is corrected. When CO increases, the secondary air is increased to decrease CO to less than 1%.

摘要： PURPOSE: To increase production while stabilizing the quality of a product by detecting the temperature of impurity nitrogen being fed to each core and switching the passage for every block thereby suppressing fluctuation in the pressure and flow rate of material air. A main heat exchanger 2 has 45 cores 6 determines the operational interval of a switching valve 7, a damper 8 and a driven valve 9 such that the passage is switched for each block of 5 cores 6 and delivers a signal to the switch control board 12.
