The carbon black-containing layer satisfies a relation between a volume ratio of the carbon black Q volume% and film thickness P μm of 1.2P+Q≤19.2, P≤9 and P×Q≥14, and the titanic oxide-containing layer contains titanic oxide of 35 mass% or more to 65 mass% or less and has a film thickness of 10 μm or more to 60 μm or less.
