      SOLUTION: The structure of the melting type flux for submerged arc welding is to contain SiO
      2 : 20-40 mass%, TiO
      2 : 20-35 mass%, Al
      2 O
      3 : 1-10 mass%, MnO: 2-10 mass%, MgO: 5-20 mass%, and CaF
      2 : 2-10 mass%, and CaO is controlled to be 4 mass% or less. And TiO
      2 /Al
      2 O
      3 content are 2.5-25. Furthermore, the high temperature physical property of a molten slag generating in welding is that viscosity in 1450°C is 0.3-1.5 pois, and solidification temperature of the molten slag is 1300-1400°C.

    • 要解决的问题:为了提供用于电弧焊接的熔化型焊剂,即使在高速焊接中也具有良好的基体形状和渣的剥离性能,不产生渣夹带,凹陷,重叠等,特别是能够实现高速 焊接中/厚板焊接热输入大,在倾斜焊接。 解决方案:埋弧焊熔融型焊剂的结构为:SiO2:20-40质量%,TiO2:20-35质量%,Al2 O3:1-10质量%,MnO:2-10质量%,MgO :5-20质量%,CaF 2:2-10质量%,CaO控制在4质量%以下。 TiO2 / Al2 O3含量为2.5〜25。 而且焊接产生熔渣的高温物理性质是1450℃的粘度为0.3〜1.5泊,熔融渣的凝固温度为1300〜1400℃。
