    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a constant flow rate valve which is hardly affected by a pressure change of fluid by using drag applied to a valve body by a flow of the fluid and is also adaptable to a large flow rate.SOLUTION: A valve body 11 arranged in a fluid flow passage 14 is configured such that a pressure receiving area of an upstream side surface of the valve body 11 and a pressure receiving area of a downstream side surface thereof, to which the static pressure of the fluid before pressure reduction is applied, and a pressure receiving area of the upstream side surface of the valve body and a pressure receiving area of the downstream side surface thereof, to which the static pressure of the fluid after the pressure reduction is applied, are made equal to each other. Thus, the static pressure of the fluid is evenly applied to a surface in the movement direction of the valve body 11, thereby, a differential pressure due to the static pressure of the fluid is not operated and, at the same time, the drag applied to the valve body 11 by the flow of the fluid is balanced with an urging force of a spring 13 which urges the valve body 11 in the direction matching the drag. Thereby, a cross-section area of a flow path opening part 12 formed along the movement direction of the valve body 11 is changed and the flow rate of the fluid is kept substantially constant irrespective of a pressure change of the fluid.
