    • PURPOSE: To mass produce Japanese cake of UKASHIYAKI which means so- called floating baking, by hanging a Japanese cake ingredient on a metal spit on a roaster, baking it automatically, pulling out the metal spit.
      CONSTITUTION: The molded Japanese cake ingredient 1 is skewered on the metal spit 2, and hung on the chain conveyor 3 of the roaster A. The ingredient 1 on the metal spit 2 is passed through the baking chamber 5 equipped with the infrared gas heater 8, etc. and baked. The baked Japanese cake 1 is taken out from the conveyor 3, and the metal spit is rapidly pulled out from it. By the roasting method consisting of the three processes, smooth and almost uniform baked pattern is formed on the surface of the Japanese cake without leaving network, etc. on it, and the Japanese cake is mass produced.
