    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the volume of a cargo box variable when needed.
      SOLUTION: The cargo box 2 mounted on a truck 1 is made by two-division into a lower box body 3 and an upper box body 4. The lower box body 3 is secured to the rear portion of the truck 1 and the upper box body 4 is movably up and down assembled along the lower box body 3. The lower box body 3 is hanged by wires 10A-10D. The wires 10A-10D are wound around a block 13 attached to a hydraulic cylinder 12 and then secured to a vehicle body, and the upper box body 4 is raised and lowered by pushing or pulling the wire 10A-10D by the hydraulic cylinder 12.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a base for a radio station house capable of surely protecting a communication apparatus from a lightning current by the falling of a thunderbolt without mounting insulating members at every communication apparatus. SOLUTION: The insulating members 13 are mounted on base bodies 12 installing and fixing a box-shaped unit 5 on base concrete 9. The lightning current flowing up to the base bodies 12 can be interrupted by the insulating members 13 even when the lightning current introduced to a ground G flows to the base bodies 12 from the ground G by electrically insulating the base bodies 12 and the box-shaped unit 5 by the insulating members 13. Consequently, a flowing into the box-shaped unit 5 of the lightning current can be prevented, thus surely protecting the communication apparatus 6 from the lightning current by the falling of the thunderbolt without fitting the insulating members at every communication apparatus 6.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibit the rise of temperature in a storage by efficiently radiating the heat in a room of high temperature to the outside of the room.
      SOLUTION: A cooling unit 10 and a ventilating unit 20 are mounted on an inner face of an opening and closing door 8 for opening and closing an opening part 7 of a storage house 1. The air in a box-shaped unit 5 is taken by an inlet fan 13 of the cooling unit 10, and the air cooled by the cooling unit 10 is sent to the box-shaped unit 5 by an air exhaust fan 14. The outside air is taken from a lower spatial part 31 of a floor panel 4 to an air passage 10A by the inlet fan 13 of an inlet fan 23 of the ventilating unit 20, and the air in the air passage 10A heated by the cooling unit 10 is exhausted from an upper spatial part 30 of a ceiling panel 2 to the external through a guide duct 40. Whereby the rise of temperature of the box-shaped unit 5 can be inhibited by the cooling unit 10.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and easily perform modification of a communication area of a transmitter from the transmitter carried by a driver. SOLUTION: A receiver 8 always monitors an ID code and intensity of an electric wave transmitted from the transmitter 6, and, when a worker approaches the receiver 8 to enter the inside of the communication area, locking of a rear door 3 is unlocked since the electric wave of the receiver 8 is stronger than a set level. When a registered worker separates from the communication area, the rear door 3 is automatically locked since the electric wave transmitted from the transmitter 6 is weaker than the set level. The communication area A is set by simultaneously pushing an on-switch 10 and an off-switch 11 of the transmitter 6 in the state that he or she separates from the receiver 8 to a desired position.
