摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an epoch-making animal hair yarn having washability and water repellency with excellent practicality, which has water repellency and morphological stability providing excellent washing durability, and strong elongation, while maintaining a unique feeling that is inherent characteristics of animal hair yarn.SOLUTION: The method for producing an animal hair yarn having washability and water repellency includes: a first treatment step in which an animal hair yarn comprising an animal hair such as wool, cashmere, camel, alpaca, and the like is subjected to a crosslinking treatment using either or both of a dichloro triazine-based crosslinking agent or/and a polyhalogenopyrimidine-based crosslinking agent; a second treatment step in which the animal hair yarn subjected to the crosslinking treatment is subjected to an exhaustion treatment using a fluorine-based water-repelling processing agent and a water-repelling processing aid; and a third treatment step in which the animal hair yarn subjected to the exhaustion treatment is subjected to a dry or wet heat treatment.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for processing a silk fiber for obtaining a silk fiber excellent in durability and shrink-proof which hardly generates rubbing and pilling and maintains wearing comfort due to graceful gloss and flexible touch inherent in silk when washed in a home, and has an extremely low contraction coefficient and little dimensional change.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for processing a silk fiber for imparting washability and an antifouling property to a silk fiber that is woven and made into a cloth. The method performs on the silk fiber: degradation preventive treatment using a water soluble vinyl sulfone derivative or a water soluble cyanuric chloride derivative as a crosslinking agent; shrink proofing treatment using any one of a decatizing method, a vacuum decatizing method, and the Sanforized method; and water repellent treatment using a fluorine based water repelling processing agent.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a functional polyester fiber that easily achieves coupling of a functional agent to a polyester fiber by addition of a reaction group to the polyester fiber and coupling of the reaction group with a cross-linking agent, further that gives a polyester fiber excellent in durability of functionality without degrading a stable nature of polyester fiber, and that can be utilized in wide fields such as in living material, and industrial material.SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing the functional polyester fiber comprises: adding at least any one of reaction groups including a hydroxyl group, a carboxyl group, and an amino group to a polyester fiber; adding a cross-linking agent reacting with the reaction group to the polyester fiber; and adding a functional agent reacting with the cross-linking agent.
